Returns
Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

* Ordering the wrong product
* No longer wanting the item after delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, cosmetic, beauty, and personal care products cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

After reviewing your claim, Skinavra may, at its sole discretion:

Lost or Excessively Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost or has experienced an excessive delay beyond the normal shipping timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment together with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier.
If the claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:
* Send a replacement shipment, or
* Issue a refund.
Carrier investigations may require several business days before a final decision is made.

* Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
If the shipment cannot be returned to our fulfillment partner, no refund may be issued.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Skinavra does not control these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and similar government fees are non-refundable by Skinavra.
