Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options:

* Free Shipping on orders of $49.99 or more
Shipping rates and promotional shipping offers may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination, where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries only.
Available shipping destinations may change without prior notice based on supplier availability, shipping carrier restrictions, or regulatory requirements.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within approximately 8–21 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, supplier processing, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, seasonal demand, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
* Customs inspections and clearance procedures
* Carrier or logistics delays
* High seasonal demand
* Weather disruptions
* Public holidays
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Skinavra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details after the order has been dispatched.
Please allow several days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, delivery delays may occur. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Skinavra is not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer if that address was entered incorrectly during checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, or failure to collect the shipment from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
If the shipment cannot be returned to our fulfillment partner, no refund may be issued.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside Skinavra's control.
Skinavra cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges before delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived, please first allow the estimated delivery timeframe to pass before reporting your shipment as lost.
If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Skinavra@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and assist where reasonably possible.
If the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost, we will review the case in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
